What is the return policy?
- Standard Products: Unopened, unused standard press-on nails may be returned within 3 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, minus shipping costs. Return shipping is your responsibility.
- Custom Products: Due to their personalized nature, custom press-on nails are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of when it was delivered with photos. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Process: To initiate a return, email Info@Coquinanailbar.com. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
